After over 3 years building our core banking and lending platform, we are very excited to finally come out of (relative) secrecy to exhibit at this year’s Web Summit in Lisbon, Portugal.
This will be our first ever conference either as an attendee or an exhibitor, so we are delighted to share what we’ve built.
Being an Irish company it was a real shame to see Web Summit leave our beautiful city of Dublin last year. However, it affords us the chance to visit the stunning city of Lisbon and show the tech world what we have been doing for the last 3 or more years.
Tuesday, Nov 8th can’t come soon enough.
What are we doing there?
We will be demonstrating, for the very first time, the Leveris Core Banking and Lending Platforms at stand number B201 in the BETA Exhibition Area of Pavilion 2 on Day 1 of the event, Tuesday, November 8th.
We will be there all afternoon to talk about what we have been doing in stealth mode these last few years.
Please pop by and say hello:)
What else will we be doing there?
WebSummit affords us a great opportunity to meet with leaders, potential customers and potential investors in the Fintech space.
It’s also an opportunity to get a really strong view of what’s coming down the tracks. The Fintech space is changing so quickly, it’s critical to stay up to date, not just with what tools and technology are available now, but also to be prepared for what’s coming next.
Conferences such as Web Summit are extremely helpful for conversations with potential clients to help them future-proof their ideas as much as possible and perhaps for us to suggest different ways of thinking about solving current problems.
Another key thing we love about Web Summit is exposure to how new technology developments are impacting industries other than banking. Banking is one industry that, up until the birth of fintech was, and still is, way behind other industries.
We can learn a lot by seeing how other industries are innovating and bring that knowledge to the financial services sector.
The social side
We’ve planned so many meetings that I don’t know if we’ll have time to see or do anything else in Lisbon but we are looking forward to a crazy busy week of work and hopefully some play also. Afterall, WebSummit is a social event where we can share ideas and a few laughs.
If you see us out and about in Lisbon over the Web Summit week, please say hello. We’d love to hear about what you are up to.
